When I first started drinking coffee, I hated it. Like most teenagers, I drank coffee because I thought it made me look cool, but it just made me jittery and run straight to the bathroom. But as my cerebral cortex formed and I aged into a refined palate, I learned that my childish brain simply couldn't handle 350mg of caffeine yet. I wasn't ready. Now, a fully fledged adult (and after being flung into the workforce), coffee is really the only thing that gets my furnace running in the morning and the only thing keeping the sweepiness at bay. Coffee makes the world go 'round. Although there are many different ways to consume your favorite bean brew, we can all agree that it's the life-giving twang of bitterness and bold that brings us back to consciousness every morning. So if you're not yet a java junkie like me, it's time to grow up, wake up, and chug a bean water!
