When you come home to find a strange car parked in your driveway or assigned parking space, there really isn't much more to be done than to go through the proper procedure for having that car ticketed and towed. Of course, if you're feeling generous and know your neighbor owns the car, it might be the neighborly thing to do to give them a heads-up or a reminder that they've parked in your space. You never know. There could be some kind of emergency going on, like they could have really needed to use the bathroom or something and needed to pull into the first spot that was available.
Besides, you'd probably want your neighbor to do the same thing for you in the reverse situation. Still, nine times out of ten, when someone parks in your spot, it's just going to be because they're an entitled dipwad who cares for nobody but themself, so giving them a warning or repeated warnings might not get you much of anywhere.
When this guy figured out that the car that kept parking in his spot was his neighbor's, he attempted to fix the situation by giving his neighbor a friendly phone call. The neighbor's inconsiderate response earned him the consequences that were soon to follow.
