A restaurant manager decided he wanted to cut costs on quesadillas, starting by using crepes instead of tortillas. That's probably because he had basically no real-world experience running a restaurant. Instead, he'd just taken a cooking course, then decided to cut costs at the restaurant in the quickest and easiest way he knew how: by making the food taste worst.

If your highly rated restaurant has food that's just okay, people will remember that for next time. Quite often, the cheap food trucks or tiny takeout spots have delectable food that's made with love, and the amazing quality makes for lots of repeat customers. That's apparently what this manager didn't realize. Does he think people just show up to a food spot for the atmosphere, and just disregard their own tastebuds the whole time?
