The last place you want to push the limits on security protocol is the airport. Yet, for some reason, people still feel entitled to their own comforts. Sorry Bub, but if we're all taking our shoes off and being patted down by an angry TSA agent, you gotta do it too. For frequent travelers, the airport is relatively benign. You get used to being poked, prodded, and having your dignity ripped away from you and it's a pretty easy compromise for speedy travel to your next destination, but for some people who still think it's the 1960's, they want their airline experience to be as luxurious as possible. Even if you were sitting first class and got to skip the line at the cattle drive through security, at the end of the day, you're still stuck in a sardine can at 30,000ft.
So when a passenger starts to get rowdy on a plane, insisting that they need their comforts, it can rub all of the other passengers the wrong way. The polite thing to do on a plane is to put your head down, follow the rules, and speak to no one, but for some people who think they're something special, they just can't help but cause a scene. Scroll down to read more about this exact kind of passenger– an entitled man who thought that he was the exception to the plane's very clear rules.
