There are realistic expectations roommates put on one another like tidying up after oneself in shared spaces, paying one's fair share of rent and expenses, etc. And then there are the ridiculous demands…

Who hasn't been in a situation where a roommate has unrealistic expectations? Sometimes, they expect you to clean up their dishes, do their laundry, and essentially be their personal assistant and occasional therapist. Sometimes, it gets to the point where your own identity starts to feel nonexistent or at the very least secondary in your own home.

This Redditor understands this dynamic all too well. Their roommates, a married couple, took off two weeks from work to ensure that their stuff would be entirely packed and cleaned up before their move. However, as one might expect based on this post so far, they did a horrendous job and expected their roommate to pick up the pieces. Well, thankfully, OP had enough of them and wanted to ensure that they would not get their share of the security deposit back since it was completely undeserved at this point.
