Ahh remember college? Remember the dichotomy of on-campus cheerfulness and impending doom? The university's campus was both disheartening and uplifting at the same time. In the span of an hour, you could join 10 clubs, fail a midterm, and get recruited by an intramural ultimate Frisbee team. Back then, the possibilities were endless and life just seemed like a giant choose-your-own-adventure game.
Way back when we were in college, we were faced with grandiose decisions every day. Do we want to have an 8am class with a good professor, or a 2pm class with a terrible professor? Do we want to buy groceries this week or happy hour drinks? Your college years shape your decision-making skills, teaching everyone the pros and cons of cutting corners, while pushing the limits of what a 20-something year old body can handle. But most people's biggest takeaway from college wasn't in the form of knowledge, experience, or well-intentioned job applications-- our biggest consolation prize was thousands in debt and a piece of paper that said we did it!
We did college.
