'I’ll notify you every time': Man calls HOA members each time he puts out trash cans after they fine him for putting out the garbage

This person is determined not to let their HOA stop them. As u/Endoman13 puts it, "I've never met anyone that said, 'Oh good, an HOA.'" 

Home Owner's Associations are meant to keep neighborhoods clean and orderly… in theory. But in practice, these often end up as a cliquey group of busybodies who spend their time trying to fine their neighbors as many times as possible. Listen, these HOAs are preventing the worst behavior among our fellow neighbors. I mean, if you saw your neighbor put out their garbage cans because it's trash day, you'd be utterly infuriated too. How could anyone survive seeing a trash can with the lids off ? You'd be steaming mad and ready to write a out a hefty fine, right?! 

No? It's just the HOA members being completely insane? 

That's right, HOAs seem to love making up inane rules like this. It brings more money into their coffers, and there's really nothing for residents to do about it except for joining in the HOA or moving out of the neighborhood. Except for this person, that is---this guy took his fine personally, and decided to make the HOA regret ever writing it out. 

Up next, this entitled grandpa asked an anxious flyer to swap seats with him… but he wasn't actually offering him a nicer seat.
