'My co-worker is running a yoga studio...instead of working': Professor debates telling on colleague who's making them "carry the burden"

This prof is seeking opinions about how to handle a strange work situation. After all, sometimes it's hard to tell if you're just complaining about something annoying at work, or if it's a real issue that needs to be addressed. 

As if teachers don't have enough on their plates, this professor is carrying an extra large burden. U/Different_Pianist756 had a question for the internet users of the world: what would you do if you knew your coworker was doing something wrong? And not something small, like coming into work 15 minutes late a few times a month. No, no---this professor is wondering how to tell their colleague that just because she has a second job, doesn't mean she can just abandon her responsibilities. 

As the OP explains, their coworker decided to open her own yoga studio. The only problem is that she had a long-term plan for this studio. And instead of just quitting, this woman decided to fraudulently take a four month vacation. She foolishly planned out a lengthy "sick leave" where she'll be far from sick---instead, she'll be taking an entire semester off to train new students. 

It is confusing, though, how the coworker expects to get away with this. The OP barely has to do anything! If the woman is advertising her business in any way, she's probably breaking the rules that the OP lays out.
