Once upon a time, I used to work as a tutor for high school students and experienced the full range of entitled behavior from students and parents alike. No matter what the specifics were, the grades were never high enough and the essays were never strong enough. The students I had were often (though not always) pressured to ridiculous extremes by their helicopter parents.
