Deep within the folds of Meowlandian society exists a secret group of derpy cats known as the Silly Kitty Committee. This collection of goofy and pawdorable fur balls has but one goal, to shine a light on the sillier side of cat life, through ameowzing street art installations! Though the legality of their actions is questionable, they have managed to sway many of the purrpulation to their cause.
All of this would not have happened, however, if they had not recruited the aid of one of the best street artists Meow City has to offer, the infamous Catsky. Thanks to his help in training members and painting, the committee has made literal splashes on the streets of Meow City, with some of the most profound and silly cat street art the world has seen.

And of course, like all proper committees, the Silly Kitty Committee has its very own DJ! This tradition was started during the first Meowlandian-Derplandian peace talks, where the peace committee needed an MC to make sure the talks would be civil, and got a famous DJ to intervene.
Meow City is once again in disarray, as the mysterious Teeny Tuna Bandit is at it again, stealing catizens tunas and leaving them with catnip, much to their confusion. Rumor has it that this villain was once a member of the Tuna board of Meow City, who fell into a vat of radioactive tuna and gained extremely strange tuna related powers.
