Hey, friends. We didn't truly appreciate the goodness of donkeys until we watched Shrek. From that moment on, every time we saw a donkey, we imagined it flirting with a female dragon and being a hilarious companion for any kind of adventure. And of course, asking us if we are there yet. Donkey might just have been our favorite character in the entire Shrek series, with the exception of puss in boots as he took in a more frontal role and even got his own series!
