'I was playing the long game': Hardworking employee works her way up the ranks and gets sweaty retribution on entitled boomer co-worker

When it comes to revenge in the workplace, you must be very strategical. When you're trying to build a solid career, it's important not to burn any bridges on the way. You never know who you might be working with again in the future. That being said, when you get a chance for some petty anonymous revenge, it's hard to pass that up. 

The OP in this Reddit story got both strategical professional revenge AND extremely pretty revenge. It's very rare to get both. She had worked her way up at a brewery to a managerial position. She was very excited about it, until she started getting warnings from other managers about a boomer co-worker named Frank. This guy was close with the executive director, so he thought he could get away with anything. Thus, he was rude to fellow co-workers, inappropriate to the women co-workers especially, and did his job however we wanted, to the point it was upsetting customers. He never got in trouble for it, but OP was over letting this entitled man get away with it. She started keeping a private file of every time a customer and employee would make a complaint about him. Finally, one day, after she had to reprimand him for losing it in front of customers, she brought all of her evidence to HR. He was finally given a slap on the wrist, which was something, but not quite enough yet. 

He was taken down from working four days a week to one and was given a different manager to directly report to. Though that was already pretty satisfying, it still didn't quite feel like enough. You see, Frank still smugly waltz around the brewery like he owned the place. During one of his tours, he saw a moment where he could get OP to do what he wanted since they were in front of customers and there were no other manager around. He asked her to pour his drink for the tour—every tour guide got one and usually they were supposed to pour them themselves. But she saw this as her opportunity for petty revenge. She went to the back where no one was, no cameras or anyone, took a good swipe from her sweaty but crack, rubbed it all over the rim of his glass, and served it to him.
