Welcome to all of the ambassadors to Derplandia from faraway lands! Tonight at the Derplandian Royal Court we will be holding a special conference, held by Her Majesty, Queen Charlotte, the first fabulous feline queen in Derplandia's history. This conference was called to deepen the ties between our countries, through various means.
Now that we have all agreed that cooperation is best for us against the threat of the monsterland to the south, let us start with a long-term cooperation plan between friendly animal nations, that will accelerate growth and sharing of technology, as well as trust between our future generations. This plan is to start a youth diplomacy program, with the best and the brightest of our cute kittens and adorable pups, who will travel the lands getting to know your nations, cultures, and technologies, just as your youth will do with Derplandia and the other nations here. Together we will grow strong and win when the time comes!

This is turtlely adorable! This adorable kitten has decided that this turtle is its new snuggle pal and from this day forth they shall never be separated! Little Donatello the turtle is too slow to escape the hugs.
This picture was taken in 1989, after the first Owl-Kitten Diplomatic talk. Depicted are Mr. Mittens the kitten and Ms. McDowel the owl. After a lengthy discussion pertaining to hunting small mice and creepy crawlies instead of each other, they shook paws and claws and history was made!
