HBO knew exactly what they were doing as a streaming platform when it produced the first heavy-hitting season of House of the Dragon. The show exists as a prequel to Game of Thrones, which was also a massive hit in its day. Game of Thrones went on for eight incredible seasons with amazing reviews from fans and Critics until the final eight came along. Season 8 alone led to an abundance of disappointment.
