The gist is that this younger breadwinning girlfriend was looking to have her single-dad boyfriend move in with his daughter into the house she owns. He's currently paying $1800 in rent for his current rental, and after the couple discussed him moving in, she agreed but asked that he contribute $700 a month towards her mortgage.
