'This is the last time I'll be polite': Employee goes off on coworker for always bothering them while they're on Do Not Disturb

As annoying as this coworker was, this employee's freakout was wildly out of line. Yes, to be constantly flooded with emails and calls while you're on Do Not Disturb at work is a nuisance. Yes, this coworker clearly was not getting the picture after multiple sit-down conversations. However, even though the Redditor clearly thought they exhausted every other option, there were still definitely other ways of handling this that didn't involve a profanity-ridden tirade. 

This thread was posted to Reddit's r/AmITheA**hole subreddit, and let's just say that unless you've actually worked in an office environment before, there is literally no need to go on a rant like that. OP could fully lose their job if HR caught wind of this. Now, a much better solution would have been to let HR or the coworker's supervisor handle it. Simple! I guess everyone in this work environment is actually a child in disguise.
