The problem with giving everyone a platform to voice their opinions is that not everybody is going to have good ones. You're always going to end up with people whose internal bias prevents them from looking at something objectively. Heck, all of us have that going on to an extent—it's just a part of being human. We're all the unreliable narrators of our of own experience and so our account of our experiences should be taken with a grain of salt.
Take this guy, for example. For some reason, he thought it would be a good idea to complete a personal trade of his collection at the local game store, making the connection that both he and the shop were selling those things… but completely overlooking the fact that they might take issue with someone else selling items on their premises.
He then took to Google to leave a 1-star review after being banned from the shop (and likely causing a scene) and was put in his place with a diplomatic response from the owner.
