When it's been a rough week, all you can do is prop your feet up on the coffee table and wait for your psychotic kitten to kamikaze dive onto your wiggling toes. Sweet relief. There's something comical and comforting about the guarantee of kitty attacks. They're a conundrum living in your home, a dichotomy of good and evil that either re-ignites your fight or flight response OR helps you hunker down and rest for a change. A cat might jump at your ankles the second you walk in the door, but they also might hop up onto your lap with a strong, gut-purr and heavy eyelids. Like life, there's no rhyme or reason to a cat's affection, but one thing that IS consistent is that cat is always going to cat.
