    Weirdly Humorous Names Twitter Users Gave Their Chickens: A Thread

    When adopting a new animal, rescuing is usually the way to go! And one animal has been coming to American backyards in an abundant fashion in the past few years as the push to be more conscious of what foods we consume has risen. Chickens are charming, humorous animals, and the farm-to-table push has made people more aware of the poultry products they consume.

    What we're focusing on today, however, is the prolific nature of weirdly humorous names twitter users gave their chickens as displayed in the Twitter thread below. It's an interesting combination of Star Wars-inspired nicknames that involve some kind of 'hen' pun, or distinguished names suited for an older crowd, a crowd of valor. Enjoy this one, y'all.

      It's really amazing the quality of banter that can be inspired by a conversation with the nice man from the dog park. This guy seems like he has many a story to tell, and we have two ears open and ready to listen.

      It's the name 'Dora the Eggsplorer,' for us. Caramel chicken seems a bit out of the left-field but we dig it, we are large fans of caramel after all. Chakira is a cute one, we bet her hips do not lie. Wait, do chickens have hips.
