In the video, the robot tidies up a living room, folds laundry (!), loads the dishwasher, and handles fragile objects like a pro - and as someone who's worked in robotics, let me just say: this is ridiculously impressive. Like, "robots-are-finally-coming-for-your-home" impressive.

Some of the specs are wild:
Hands with palm cameras + sensors that can detect 3 grams of pressure
Wireless charging through its feet (!), 5-hour battery life
A lightweight frame + textile covering to make it safer for home use
And get this: they're ramping up production with a facility that can make 12,000 bots a year

But before you start rearranging your living room to fit your new robot roommate, let's be real for a second: this thing isn't showing up next to your IKEA Malm dresser anytime soon. Pricing? Not announced. Availability? Not even whispered. If I had to guess, the answers are: "not in this tax bracket" and "maybe by the time your toddler hits high school."

Let's face it - this is not a gadget, this is a fully-fledged appliance-class robot, which means owning one will probably be like buying a new car... a luxury electric car. The first wave of these humanoids will go to tech billionaires, smart home demo showrooms, and probably Marques Brownlee. For the rest of us mere mortals, this is a "watch-and-wait" situation.
